Michael became interested in real estate at a young age. Upon reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad at age sixteen, he became passionate about real estate. While attending school, Michael worked in sales and developed impressive salesmanship skills and techniques that complement his business acumen.
After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Business Degree specializing in Finance, Michael relocated to Chicago. Michael positioned himself to obtain as much practical experience of the Chicago real estatemarket as he could. He clerked for a real estate attorney to observe the practical legal aspects of the real estate transaction. He was mentored by a Chicago real estate investor of three decades, acquiring invaluable knowledge while working as a Merrill Lynch mortgage analyst.
Michael most recently worked for a prominent Chicago real estate firm for the two years, functioning closely with the principle in an acquisition management role. Helping direct over $100 million in real estate transactions Michael worked on deals such as The Talbott Hotel, The Rainforest Café and Bottled Blonde. Michael completed a triad of experiences to make him a seasoned and knowledgeable real estate professional.
Michael’s business goals include expanding his real estate portfolio. His personal interests include visiting family in Europe, enjoying fine art, golf, hockey, sailing and snowboarding.
